3/30/24 It wasn't the nails that kept Christ on the cross, it was love.

With Gilbert's help Jay cleaned up what was left of the pine tree top.  The rain took away most of our snow.  Jay will be able to get the display area ready for this week's shipments.  The first truck comes Monday.
They are wishing they had replaced the wood stove rather than repairing it to get by for this season.  They have seasoned wood but it is cresoting up a lot.  The weather doesn't help.  Hindsight!
We are thankful the winds aren't as high as forecast.  The power hasn't flickered.  Versant canceled our meter upgrade Thursday morning because it was raining.  The new date is next Thursday.    Will they cancel because of snow?  Baby chicks come Wednesday or Thursday.  Will they have to be by the pellet stove because we don't have power for the brooder?
Kaden and Sally jo vacuumed and mopped all the floors last night.  Today will be mostly cooking.  The eggs are all filled for the Easter egg hunt.  Easter dinner will be after the hunt.  Both the girls' church service and mine are early so we can start on dinner when we get home.  The hunt is at one because other church services aren't over until noon.
May God bless you on this day, Sally
