12/8/18
Not all of us can do great things.  But we can do small things with great love.

Clear, 5 degrees with a light variable breeze.  Sunny today with a NW breeze, a high of 19 and a low of 4.  Partly cloudy tomorrow with a SW breeze, a high of 24 and a low of 17.  Sunny Monday with a NNW breeze, a high of 24 and a low of 6.  Mostly sunny with a light NW breeze Tuesday with a high of 21 and a low of 5.  Mostly sunny Wednesday with a north breeze, a high of 18  and a low of 6.  Mostly sunny Thursday with a west breeze, a high of 25 and a low of 16.  Partly cloudy Friday with a gentle WNW breeze, a high of 31 and a low of 24.  Rain/freezing rain next next Saturday with a stiff ESE breeze, a high of 42 and a low of 34.  Showers next Sunday with a north breeze, a high of 38 and a low of 29.  A wintery mix Monday, the 17th with a NW breeze, a high of 35 and a low of 25.  Partly cloudy Tuesday, the 18th, and Wednesday, the 19th, with snow showers the rest of the week.  Highs will be about 30, lows about 20.
Darel had a fair day yesterday.  the nurse visited and was concerned about his low heart beat.  The new nurse isn't tuned into the roller coaster yet.  Thanks to the wheel chair we were able to have supper at Countryside with heather and Mike.  We enjoyed getting out but the cold bothered Darel    Between a lot going on today and tonight's low temperatures I think we will skip the bean supper.  A friend is bringing Darel a shower chair today.  Andrew is going to town and get two bars to put up in the shower.  We aren't sure how it will work out but Darel has decided he wants to try taking showers.
The wrong lights came for the candles, they won't fit in the waterproof fixture.  Nor are they water proof, just says they will light at low temperatures. I try to have two candles lit in memory of the two grandsons we lost.
I did get the Christmas trees up for the windbreak for the bird's waterer.  Just on time.  The heater will need shelter from the wind to keep the water thawed.  Andrew bought the stand in for the front room nativity and he carried the nativity in.  The box is heavy enough so I'm afraid of dropping it.  The rate I'm going I'm not sure the village will get up this year.
I got my Sunday school lesson done, put it in the truck and then forgot to drop it off at the church last night.  I like it to be there in case i don't make it.  One more thing to do today!
    Have a good day, Sally
