It is wonderful to wake up in the morning. Give thanks for another day to Live!

Partly cloudy Monday, Christmas Eve Day with a NNW breeze, a high of 27 and a low of 10. Sunny on Tuesday, Christmas Day, and Wednesday with NW breezes, highs about 26 and lows about 10. Mostly cloudy next Saturday with a NW breeze, a high of 33 and a low of 14. Partly cloudy next Sunday with a NW breeze, a high of 18 and a low of 4. Sunny Monday, New Year's Eve Day with a NW breeze, a high of 15 and a low of 4. About the same for New Year's Day, just a few clouds. Snow showers the rest of the week.
Darel had a good day yesterday. Very quiet. He is thinking he'd like to go to Rachael's game today. Saturdays rarely are quiet here. I'll decide if i'm going when it is time. I'm not ready for Christmas yet and we often have a house full. And I may see some last minute shoppers.
The tree is decorated. The jam is made. Now I need to make rolls to go with the jam. iIstill have decorations I haven't put out.
The air was so damp yesterday I gave the hens another layer of bedding. I didn't feed the birds. There is feed in the hanging feeders. With the snow melt any seeds they missed from where I threw seeds on the snow is exposed. Most of the birds like to ground feed. Especially when i put seed under the rose bush. I think they feel protected.
Have a good day, Sally
