Darel is no longer on Hospice. He has been on Hospice 18 months, much longer than Medicare guidelines. He has stayed on hospice because of the roller coaster he has been on. Last week the roller coaster made a dip. This week has been a very good week, some periods of very low pulse but generally he's been at the top of the roller coaster. Rules are rules and 18 months is too long. It is fine with us. His nurse and CNA seem more bothered than we are.
My house is clean enough for Thanksgiving but not Christmas decorations.. So glad there is a week between Thanksgiving and Advent. I put all the books away but I have to get the Paris Farmer's Union and Coast of Maine books out. Than it is more seed orders.
Turkey cooking time. Praying you each have a wonderful Thanksgiving. Sally
