10/6/18
Doing what you like is freedom.  Liking what you do is happiness.

Clear, a light east breeze and 38 degrees.  Sunny today with a light east breeze, a high of 59 and a low of 48.  Morning clouds/afternoon sun tomorrow with a north breeze, a high of 60 and a low of 38.  Partly cloudy Monday with a light NE breeze, a high of 57 and a low of 46.  Possible morning showers Tuesday with a SW breeze, a high of 70 and a low of 60.  Showers Wednesday with a north breeze, a high of 65 and a low of 44.  Showers Thursday with an east breeze, a high of 50 and a low of 49.  Still a few showers possible Friday morning with a WNW breeze, a high of 61 and a low of 41.  Pleasant next weekend with NW breezes, highs in the low fifties and lows in the high thirties.  The pleasant fall weather will continue through the week.
Darel had another pleasant day yesterday, not as much napping as usual, he doesn't want to miss any family time.  A picnic this afternoon that is an open house, anyone who wants to stop by and visit is welcome.
Heather and Mike came over to visit for awhile yesterday, didn't stay for supper as mike bow hunts and wanted to be on the stand  for late day.  They did part of their visiting with Kevin in the squash patch.   All the squash, gourds and most of the pumpkins are now on the stand.  So many Blue Hubbard, Heather priced them to sell.  A good deal.  They are so hard to cut up that I use a nail to put holes in them for the steam to escape and cook them whole until I can stick a fork in them.   The frost we had awhile ago only touched the tops of the pepper and tomato plants.  I picked peppers and tomatoes because of the frost forecast.  Since it didn't frost I may pick more tomatoes.
Looking forward to a good day, hope yours is good too.
