Lord may your hand of protection be upon us as we go to our various places of worship  and may You bring us home safely to spend quality time with our loved ones.

  !.21 inches of water in the form of wintery mix.  The ground is still white.I'm hoping the "stuff" will melt off my truck before time to leave for Sunday School.  It is 34 degrees and windy.  The bulk of the storm has passed with off and on showers today, diminishing ENE wind, a high of 47 degrees, a low of 36 tonight.  A light ESE breeze tomorrow with late day rain, a high of 47 and a low of 34.  Mostly cloudy Tuesday with a stiff NW breeze, a high of 44 and a low of 29.  Morning showers Wednesday with a SSW breeze, a high of 46 and a low of 38.  Showers Thursday with a light NNW breeze, a high of 49 and a low of 43.  Rain Friday with a stiff SSE breeze, a high of 54 and a low of 48.  Morning showers next Saturday with a west breeze, a high of 52 and a low of 36.  Mostly sunny next Sunday with a brisk NW breeze, a high of 48 and a low of 31.  Some clouds Monday the 5th and Tuesday the 6th with highs about 50 and lows in the mid thirties.  Showers the rest of the week with highs slowly dropping from the high forties to 39 on Sunday, the 11th.  Lows the weekend of the 19th and 11th are forecast to be 29.

     Darel's day yesterday got better as the day went on.  Another spell of the roller coaster dipping low but climbing back up.  He went to bed early last night but all was well.  We are planning on SS and church this morning.

    Darel's remote died yesterday.  The batteries were all corroded, even after I wiped everything out with vinegar it wouldn't work right.  He was doing better so we took a ride to Dover. I wanted to go to Dover True Value.  It doesn't matter if you are buying a remote or lumber for a house they are very helpful so I knew I wouldn't be in the store long.  The remote I bought said Dish on it but wouldn't change the channels.  i called Dish and the lady told me that often is was necessary to change the channels by hand on the box with a universal remote.  She would have mailed me a Dish one but Darel wants to go to Hermon tomorrow, Valley Satellite is a Dish dealer.  They were closed yesterday.  

    Why we were out I dropped today's lesson plan of at the church in case I didn't make it today.  But the roads are fine.  Darel is asleep but I think he is fine too.  Have a good day, Sally.
