Darel had a comfortable day yesterday. We didn't go anywhere but lots of different family members stopped by to visit.
Lots on my to do list didn't get done yesterday. Partly because it was too long, partly because I was tired. Darel and I both slept well last night. Everything got watered in the house, that takes quite awhile now. Some of the plants in the house are supposed to be going outside but the weather says no. Heather and I spent some time on books. Lots of money going out this month and not much coming in. Maine's jump from eight dollars an hour to ten sure makes a difference. Some should be getting more than minimum wage but with minimum wage at ten that is what everyone is getting.
Lil Andrew got the strings strung in the hoop house for the tomatoes. I'll put down compost, newspapers and straw. Than we'll put flowers in there until they can go outside. Everything will be ready to plant the tomatoes between the flowers when it warms up enough. Today he is going to get pallets all laid out for the bags of soil, mulch and compost coming Monday. last night's snow won't help any doing that. Big Andrew is going to get the internet and phone wires that came down in a storm back to their original height. So the semi does't take them out.
Have a good day, Sally
