Darel had a wonderful day yesterday. He felt good and rode to Lincolinville with Doug to look at a fence. Tired but happy last night.
Yesterday was a good day for the greenhouse. Most of the plugs and cuttings that came in are planted. Bekah and I will finish them today. Two more boxes come in Tuesday or Wednesday. Than only one more box later in the month. It was good that the temperature was 30 degrees yesterday morning. The NE winds were so strong the fires had a hard time keeping the greenhouse warm. We have no protection from NE winds. It was seventy in the greenhouse this morning when I put wood on the fires. It had been seventy all night, We had done so much planting Thursday and were doing so much yesterday that there was a lot of cold wet soil to warm up. Gusty winds are variable now but mostly NE and with lots of breaks of sun.
Enjoy your day, Sally
