If you wait for perfect conditions you'll never get anything done.

 Hot pink sky replaced yesterday morning's pretty pink.  Showers will start this afternoon leading to rain over night and showers tomorrow morning.  Cloudy, calm and 53 degrees now.  A high of 70 today with a SE breeze and a low of 58.  An east breeze tomorrow with clearing in the afternoon, a high of 76 and a low of 62.  Partly cloudy Sunday with a stiff WNW breeze, a high of 81 and a low of 60.  Pleasant Monday and Tuesday with brisk WSW breezes, highs in the upper eighties and lows about 64.   Scattered thunderstorms Wednesday with a stiff SW breeze, a high of 7 and a low of 56  Mostly sunny Thursday with a WNW breeze, a high of 76 and a low of 54.  Possible morning showers Friday with a NW breeze, a high of   73 and a low of 53.  Pleasant next weekend and Monday, the 28th, with NW breezes, highs in the mid seventies and lows in the low fifties.  Showers the rest of the week with temperatures about the same.

       Darel had a good day yesterday.  He seems fully recovered from from Sunday's stroke.  the nurse that comes Tuesday's and Thursdays was amazed at the difference between Tuesday and Thursday this week.  He spent a lot of time looking through papers from his desk to find pictures he wanted for Sunday.  He is so looking forward to Sunday.  We think the week is flying by, he says Sunday is taking forever to get here.

       We had a substitute CNA Wednesday.  She will be here again today as our regular is out sick. We weren't real happy with her so Barbie and Nicole are both here this morning and Darel is ready for the day.  After she left Wednesday Lexi changed his sheets, the CNA didn't see any reason for fresh ones every day.  And Lexi gently recreamed his bedsores which were all healed until she hurriedly took care of them.  All she needs is for me to sing her tablet that she was here.

        My sister Donna had a good trip up from NY yesterday.  Only problem-she left early enough to stop and shop.  She couldn't get near the stores with all the summer people shopping.  Doug finished first cutting yesterday, just in time to start second cutting!

       I've a busy day planned.. Jordon and a friend are both going to be here to help me get the yard spiffed up and the places I want mulched mulched.  Enjoy your day, Sally
