Most of the snow left with yesterday's pleasant temperatures, the rain is taking the rest. It was icy around two but that didn't last as the temperature rose. Warm as it is the clouds mean I'll keep a small fire going in the greenhouse. Seed planting is up to date. All the pots of begonias and plants are up from the cellar. there is mud and dirt on the get together room floor but I will cure that this morning.
The warm weather comes at a price, not one sunny day in the 15 day forecast. Hopefully there will be lots of breaks of sun on the partly cloudy days. I opened the doors and turned on the big fan to exchange the air in the greenhouse yesterday. I'll be trying to do that every day. With such cloudy weather I'll have to watch for mold.
I'm going to Bangor this morning. I have to pick up posters for Open Greenhouse Day, order business cards and a few other errands. I know i could order cards on line but I shop local as much as possible. Rosemarie will be here to take care of the greenhouse.
Have a good day, Sally
