Yesterday was a good day.  The trays of wave petunias were all pruned and moved to the petunia cold frame.   When it got full we moved the rest to the hoop house  .  Shock waves, snap dragons and african daisies are in the hoop house too.
Lil Mike has joined the crew, yesterday his Lexi and baby Addi helped too.  (We have two Lexi's, Mike's Lexi and Doug's daughter Lexi)  Mike set the new greenhouse up as a potting shed. He and Lexi got the echinaceas potted up.  Today Debbie and Bekah will move all the echinaceas and the poppies into one of the temporary cold frames.
The pansies and violas are outside.  Also the lettuce and swiss chard.  They are covered with remay.  We can't move that many plants in and out to harden them off so we wrap the plants in remay to help them make the transition.
Mike put some rocks and cement blocks at the entrances the skunks and woodchucks have used to get under the house.  We are hoping that will be enough to deter them where the are none living there now.
Coast of Maine products come today.  Quite a few other things are on the truck too.  Busy days ahead.
May God be with you this day, Sally
