4/5/21  Good thoughts will shine out of your face like sunbeams and you will look lovely.

Inch of snow.  Variable gentle breeze. 34 degrees.  Clouds today with a N wind, a high of 47, dropping to 36 tonight with a strong north breeze.  Cloudy tomorrow with a stiff north breeze, a high of 53 and a low of 41.  Cloudy Wednesday with a strong north breeze, a high of 54, a low of 42.   Cloudy Thursday with a brisk NNE breeze, a high of 60 and a low of 40.  Partly cloudy Friday with a NE breeze, ahigh of 62 and a low of 40.  Partly cloudy Saturday with a NE breze, a high of 62 and a low of 37.  Partly cloudy Sunday with a NE breeze, a high of 58 and a low of 38.  Lots of clouds the week of the 12th with NNE breezes, highs about 60 and lows about 39.  Brisk north breezes Friday, the 16th and the weekend with highs in the upper fifties and lows about 38.

It was chilly yesterday with the breeze but the egg hunt was a success.  Watching grandkids hide the eggs, it seemed such a short time ago their parents were hiding the eggs for them.
Church on line is ok but just not the same.  Not driving back and forth to Corinth did give me an extra hour.  I was sad that the weather didn't allow me to plant the pansies in the church box.  They would not have liked this snow.
Lack of sun and brisk breezes meant the greenhouse didn't get too hot.  I did turn the exhaust fan on for twenty minutes to change the air.  I took the remay off the pansies and calibrachoas and watered them.  It is so nice to see how beautiful the calibrachoas are .  I was so concerned about them that windy night it dropped to 17.
We'll move enough plants out to the hoop house today so we can start transplanting peppers.  Tomorrow we'll start moving plants in earnest.  Pansies will be put out for sale.  Today's  north winds would be uncomfortable for people and plants.  Except for the pansies, any plants that go out tomorrow will be wrapped in remay to ease them into outside conditions.
May God be with you this day, Sally
