Clear, gentle SW breeze and 61 degrees.  Sunny today with a brisk SW breeze, a high in the high eighties and a low of 60. As I look ahead the trend is  cooler days, not the nineties I've been seeing.  Sunny tomorrow with a brisk NW breeze, a high of 78 and a low of 54.    Sunny Monday with a WNW breeze, a high of 80 and a low of 56. Warm Tuesday with some clouds, a stiff SSW breeze, a high of 84 and a low of 64.  Scattered thunderstorms Wednesday with a light SSW breeze, a high of 77 and a low of 63.  isolated thunderstorms Thursday with a WSW breeze, a high of 83 and a low of 62.  Possibly a shower Friday with a WSW breeze, a high of 82 and a low of 59.  A possible afternoon shower next Saturday with  WNW breeze, a high of 77 and a low of 56.  Partly cloudy next Sunday with a brisk WNW breeze, a high of 76 and a low of 55.  Pleasant the week of August 12th with highs in the upper seventies and lows in the upper fifties.

     Darel had a pleasant day yesterday, ending it with our monthly share of a seafood ;latter at Countryside.  The seafood was good but we won't go to Countryside again on a Friday night.

      Years ago Darel made plywood cutouts of a bear, a pair of geese and an eagle and put them on the house.  yesterday i got them down and painted them black agin.  Andrew stopped by after work and put them back up.  Why he was here he put up the treatises i bought Thursday night.  The Jackmani clematis is all wound around the internet, XM radio,  and phone wires so I'll leave it for this year.  Next spring I'll make sure it goes on the trellis.

      Between customers and getting more coolers for the stand i didn't get much else done.  I picked cucumbers when i got back from Countryside, afterI got Darel to bed.  I will pick squash as soon as i send this because jacob needs my tractor to put more wood in.  Carrying vegetables in from the garden is another "used to", now I use the tractor bucket.

     Picking blue berries tops today's list.  I'd like to get the rose bush and clematis planted.  have a good day, Sally
