Clear, 68 degrees with a gentle west breeze.  Some clouds today with a brisk north breeze, a high of 81 and a low tonight of 54.  Partly cloudy tomorrow with a south breeze, a high of 81 and a low of 65.  Morning thunderstorms Thursday with a WNW breeze, a high of 79 and a low of 50.

Sunny Friday with a NNW breeze, a high of 67 and a low of 42.  Partly cloudy Sunday with an ENE breeze, a high of 66 and a low of 47.  A good chance of showers Monday lasting into next Tuesday morning. A stiff SE breeze Monday with a high of 58 and a low of 46.  75 degrees with some sun Tuesday afternoon with a SW breeze, a high of 75 and a low of 55.  Pleasant next Wednesday and Thursday with WNW breezes, highs about 77 and lows about 55.Partly cloudy Friday, the 14th with a WNW breeze, a high of 78 and a low of 56.  Pleasant the weekend of the 15th and 16th but cooler with highs of 73, NW breezes, and lows of 53.     Darel had a pleasant day yesterday with company in the morning and the Creamery in the evening.  In keeping with his roller coaster ride getting in the truck was hard with help last night, got in without help Sunday.Weeded onions for the third time yesterday because they needed water.  The weeds would have double in size overnight with the water and I wanted the onions to do that.  i pulled some onions that were done growing.  I was glad when our bee keeper came to visit as he loves those Walla Walla onions.  It was his first time out, except for going to the doctors, since his 5 way bypass three weeks ago.

    With the cool forecast for the weekend I plan to bring in more house plants this week. I need to wash the windows before i fill them with plants.

Pears are ripe, waiting to be canned.  Like it or not it is time to fill the pantry for winter.  Have a good day, Sally
