Darel had a pleasant day with good numbers but we didn't go anywhere so I'm sure we will tonight.  I was busy with odds and ends.  With the weather a little cooler I'm seeing more customers.  The first of September signals thoughts about what plants come in for the winter.  My fern was divided and came in for the winter.  I'm trying to discipline myself and not turn the house into a jungle.  Today I'm going to pot up some abutilon/parlor maple for myself.    The rest I will give away.
I filled my bird feeders with sunflower seed.  Finches and a blue jay came right away.  The red squirrels have chewed the heads off most of the sunflowers in the kitchen garden.  After saying there weren't many hummingbirds I saw several yesterday.
I'm expecting a pleasant busy day.   I hope yours is good too.  Sally
