Darel had another good day yesterday. His pulse was lower but he still walked out to the greenhouse twice and sat in his chair visiting. Rachael is coming down so that we can go to the church lunch today. Later this afternoon he and Gilbert are going to try to help customers why I go to the doctors. People are concerned, asking why I go to the doctors every three weeks. I was born with one leg shorter than the other. It never bothered me til i got older. Now my back sips out of place and my ribs rest on my hip so I need to be put back in place. Pretty easy fix!
Both ponds are clean and full. Mud is gone, waterlilies are divided, cat tails thinned, birds are happy, frogs are not. Frogs like the buildup of mud which is why I only clean the garden pond every few years. But if i left it the pond would fill up. Now to get the flowers planted around the pond. Last year the ponds were neglected, weeds and grass moved in.
Bees and hummingbirds like the running water in the garden pond. I have a pan of water by the bee hives with an automatic waterer and rocks in it. the bee keeper checked my bees last night and said they are doing great.
